Miley was spotted today leaving her Pilates class in West Hollywood.She also revealed her new tattoo on her left forearm yesterday – with the inking revealed to be a quote from President Theodore Roosevelt.
Who knew she was so political! The quote is taken from a speech he made in 1910.
Miley’s debut of her tattoo came as she changed her Twitter profile picture to include her fiancé Liam Hemsworth.
