Selena Gomez’s Roller Coaster Relationship With Justin Bieber
Selena Gomez says her relationship with Justin Bieber has been “crazy and intense.”
The Spring Breakers star opened up about her relationship with the Canadian singer in the June issue of In Style Magazine, revealing that it’s tough for the on-again/off-again couple because they’re always in the public eye. “It’s uncomfortable that everywhere I go, people know,” she tells InStyle. “I don’t like that. But Justin and I never really focused on the attention. You can’t help who you date. So I wouldn’t swear off that or say that’s what I want again.”
She went on to say that the couple handled their breakup quite well, though. “I’m a kid, and a breakup is normal. I have to go through the emotions and feel it out,” she says. “I’m doing my own thing, being with friends, and Justin is doing very well too.”
Selena made the comments after the couple split, and the couple reportedly reconciled last month when she flew to Norway to visit Justin on his world tour.
Perhaps things are working out for the couple because of the one thing Selena finds to be the key to the couple’s high-profile romance — “honesty.” “You have to have honesty when you’re living this lifestyle because of the distance imposed when working. You are separated so often,” she says. “You have to be super-honest and open. That is key.”

Thieves Steal Over $330K After Justin Bieber Concert in South Africa
Johannesburg’s FNB Stadium being robbed of more than $300,000 in cash afterward, money reportedly from both Bieber’s show and Saturday night’s Bon Jovi concert.
“The suspect had gained entry through the roof,” Katlego Mogale, a spokeswoman for the Booysens police station in Soweto told Sky News today. “They broke the tile…of the bathroom between last night [Sunday] after the concert, and this morning.” She also said that a staffer had secured the money in question in a safe last night and no one noticed that it was missing until today.

Justin Bieber Arriving with More Security in Cape Town, South Africa
Justin Bieber has arrived in South Africa. He will play two stadium shows — Cape Town on May 8 and Johannesburg on May 12.
Security Up For South Africa Shows
Van Wyk, a Big Concert organizer said security arrangements for Justin’s arrival have been underway “for the last few months.”
We are assuming a younger audience would attend. We are taking measures to ensure a fun night for them. We are also going to be very strict with controlling access to alcohol.
Everyone will be required to present an ID even if they look older than 18. We will have undercover police officers who will arrest anyone for providing alcohol to children.
A senior police officer appointed by the SA’s national police commissioner will head the security team for Cape Town show.
JUSTIN BIEBER FALSELY OUTED AS GAY BY E! TWITTER HACKERS
The Syrian Electronic Army caused some serious havoc in the pop culture world and on E!’s Twitter handle over the weekend, falsely outing Justin Bieber as gay.
The group hacked the accounts of The Associated Press and The BBC, as well, posting much more terrifying info, like saying Barack Obama was injured in a White House explosion. But they were equal opportunity hackers, going after everyone, including the world’s most famous teenager.
At 1PM ET on Saturday, May 4, the organization took over E!’s Twitter feed, claiming it had an exclusive that The Biebs was coming out. It boasted a fake link and was followed by another tweet about the singer’s on-off ex Selena Gomez supporting his decision to come out.
An hour later, the breach was revealed and the SEA issued a victorious tweet to Beliebers, which read: “The Syrian Electronic Army was here! Fans of @justinbieber, you have been trolled by @Official_SEA12 #SEA.”
E! wrested operation of the account back from the SEA, and let fans know that they were the victims of a hack.
